Factory Terminated Heat Tracer

These tracers are constant output, series resistance type and factory terminated. These are available with different outputs like 16 W/M, 25 W/M, 33 W/M, 45 W/M and other voltages also can be supplied as per the customer requirement up to 45 W/M maximum. The lengths are available from 1.5 meters to 50 meters.


Parallel Resistance Heat Tracer

Parallel Resistance (cut to length) (ISO-PR): These Heat Tracers are constant output, parallel resistance type which is cut to length as per the site requirement. These are available with different outputs of 20 W/M, 30 W/M, 40 W/M and 50 W/M. Heat Tracers are made with superior quality imported grade Teflon ( PTFE) insulated and braided with S.S.fine gauge multi wires. It is moisture proof & chemical proof and can be widely used for temperature maintenance applications on edible oils, chemicals, furnaces Oils, L.S.H.S. LDO, Bitumen pipelines, storage tanks of Boilers, furnaces D.G.Sets, etc. suitable to maintain a maximum temperature of 260 C.


Cold Storage Door Heaters

Core Tracer (ISO-CT): These are cord type tracers with 2 sides termination. These are insulated with the combination of PTFE and polyolefin to work in heavy moisture condition. This can withstand from -60ºC to 110°C. These are available with different outputs of 16 W/M,22 W/M, 33W/M, 45 W/M and other wattages also can be supplied as customer requirement up to 45 W/M maximum. The lengths are available from 2 meters to 20 meters. It is used to remove the frost formation at cold storage room doors, cold room window's, evaporator trays, drain pipes, evaporator fan bodies, etc at -60 ° C temperature. Its low-cost reliability and safely gives an added advantages in compression to expensive Conventional heaters. It is very flexible in form of a thin cable, insulated with fluoropolymer jacket. S.S. braiding ensures ruggedness, yet easy to install// wrap and fix on any critical surfaces and Pipelines, channels and surfaces.


Cold Storage Drain Heaters

Double Tracer (ISO-DT): These are Double Flat Type tracers with single sides termination. These are insulated with the combination of PTFE and polyolefin to work in heavy moisture condition. This can withstand from -60ºC to 110°C. These are available with different outputs of 10 W/M, 20 W/M, 30 W/M, 40 W/M and other wattages also can be supplied as customer requirement up to 45 W/M maximum. The lengths are available from 2 meters to 20 meters. Its low cost reliability and safely gives an added advantages in compression to expensive Conventional heaters. It is very flexible in form of a thin cable, insulated with PTFE (Teflon). Self Regulating Heat Tracers

The Heat Tracing Cable consists of a conductive polymer heating matrix extruded between two parallel copper bus conductors. Heat is generated in the conductive polymer matrix when energized. The bus conductors provide the uniform voltage across the heating matrix by providing current down the entire length of the cable. The conductive polymer matrix is irradiated with an electron beam to provide cross-linking and “lock in” performance properties. As the temperature increases, the electrical paths in the carbon-polymer heating matrix become longer and the resistance of the heating element increases. This causes the heat output of the cable to decrease. As the temperature of the heating matrix increases, the resistance of the heating matrix increases. This is a self-regulating effect. Self-regulating Heat Tracing Cables can adjust their output to the surrounding temperature down the cable length. This adaptability to individual thermal conditions provides more heat where needed and can also reduce energy consumption as the ambient temperature increases, reducing heating costs.
